One place written in every indexing system this site supports: H3, S2, geohash, Plus Code, web map tile, Maidenhead, and MGRS. Each is shown at the resolution whose cell is closest to a size you name, with the size the cell really has there. Developers and GIS analysts use it to choose a system or to match resolutions between two datasets. Start with the cross-index tool and a target size such as 150 m. Pitfall: the matches are approximate, because each system steps in its own ratio, so no two cells cover exactly the same ground.
